This paper sets up the nonlinear kinetics model of Wetland environment,economy benefit and fund input,and discusses the stability of the system,which includes wetland environment ecological build and economy development.The result of study shows：the relation of wetland environment,economy benefit and fund input is very complicatedly nonlinear.In the long run,blind and impractical investment of wetland economy will make the scale of wetland ecological benefit small.The relation of structural scale of stable wetland ecological build and economy development is nonlinear.In the case of inefficiency use of wetland resources,adding the wetland economy input blindly will go against re enlargement of wetland environment maintain and sustainable development.To achieve the goal of the sustainable development on the ability of ecosystem after increasing wetland economic input,it is necessary to increase efficiency of environment on the wetland park.
