School-based teacher education is an ideal way of teacher education. Based on the introduction and analysis of the origin, definition and meaning of school-based teacher education,this paper discusses the influence of the present educational system on the implementation of school-based teacher education in idea, time and energy, learning community construction and role orientation, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and solutions.
