英文摘要：
The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of rural labor market development on rural land transfer. Method of case study was employed. The results indicate the rural land transfer rate has positive correlations with rural labor employment. The rural land transfer rate will rise 16.26% as the rural labor employment rate rises 1%. The rural land transfer and large scale operation of rural land could be improved by the reform of the system of registered permanent residence and the establishment of social security system for rural labor employment, in order to boost new rural construction and modern agriculture.
