农村劳动力转移是我国工业化和城市化过程中必须面对的现实。本研究基于对常熟市、如东县和铜山县329个衣户调查数据.以家庭平均年龄、人力资本存量、人均经营耕地面积、社会网络、特殊经历等变量来衡量衣户资源禀赋并以其为解释变量,使用logistic模型和Tobit模型计量分析衣户劳动力转移的行为。研究结果表明,衣户劳动力转移决策的估计中。非衣就业经历和预期人均非衣就业收入是影响最为显著的2个因素,在非衣就业比例较低的地区尤甚。农户社会网络、非衣就业经历和预期人均非衣收入对衣户劳动力转移规模影响显著,但人力资本存量和村人均收入水平对估计结果也有不同程度的影响。同时影响衣户劳动力转移既有正效应的资源禀赋,也有负效应的资源禀斌,对于减少衣户资源禀赋负效应的影响,提高资源禀赋量具有重要作用。
Construct our country harmonious society and industrialization must face the fact that Rural labor transfer. The research take farm household characteristics such as average age, human capital accumulation, average per person cultivated land area, social net, Special experience as explanation variables. Using the Logistic model and the Tobit regression to analysis the behavior of rural household labour force transformation based on 329 peasant households' datas of ChangShu City , RuDong County and TongShan County were servered. The result indicated that off-farm employment experience and anticipated average per person off-farm income are the most remarkable affecting factors for farm household labor force mobility decision,especially in the region that the lower ration of off-farm employment. Social net, off-farm employment experience and anticipated average per person off-farm income are the most remarkable affecting factors for labor force mobility scale, But the human capital accumulation and the average villagers" income also have influence to estimated result in different degrees. And the resource endowment that has both positive effect and negative effect on household labor force mobility, plays an important role in reducing negative effect of household labor resource endowment and enhancing resource endowment quantity.
