科学确定开发区土地集约利用水平对于区域可持续发展有着重要意义。在分析开发区土地集约利用内涵及其发展阶段的基础上，选取14个指标构建土地集约多元回归驱动力模型，对江苏省17个国家级和省级开发区进行实证分析。结果表明：（1）土地闲置是开发区土地集约利用首要限制性因素，依据产出指标影响程度高于土地、资金的投入指标可知，江苏省开发区土地集约利用处于土地利用转换期；（2）苏南地区开发区土地集约利用水平高于苏中和苏北地区。最后，提出了相应的政策建议。
英文摘要：
Land intensive use is in close correlation with sustainable development of land use. Based on the surveying data of 17 developing zones in Jiangsu Province, 14 indexes were chosen for construction of land inten sive use driven model. Land resources are the premier and fundamental for the developing zones. Industrial de veloping is second important index for land intensive use degree. So, the land intensive use level of developing zones in Jiangsu provinces are in second level. Geographical location of the developing zone to a greater degree exerts tremendous influences on land intensive use. That is, the intensity of land use is higher in south of Jiangsu Province than in north and middle. Based on the above, some suggestions are put forward.
