企业竞争力的增强越来越依赖于创新模式的选择,开放式创新是保持企业竞争优势的关键之路。为了推动知识创造发展,进而促进企业内知识实现高效分工、组合,帮助企业的创新活动,以知识创造为中介变量,构建开放式创新对企业创新绩效作用机制的概念模型,使用层次回归模型对概念模型进行实证分析。实证结果表明:内向型和外向型开放式创新对企业创新绩效有倒U影响;内向型和外向型开放式创新对知识创造有倒U影响;知识创造对企业创新绩效有正向影响;知识创造在开放式创新与企业创新绩效关系间起部分中介作用。研究结论有助于完善企业创新模式,提高企业创新绩效。
The enhancement of an enterprise′ s competitiveness increasingly depends on the choice of innovation models. Open innovation is the key to maintaining a competitive advantage. To promote the development of knowl-edge creation, promote efficient division and combination of labor, and help innovation activity, a conceptual model of open innovation, acting on enterprise innovation performance, is established by using knowledge creation as the medium variable. The conceptual model is empirically analyzed by a hierarchical regression model. The empirical results show that inward and outward open innovations have an inverted U effect on both the knowledge creation and innovation performance of enterprises. Knowledge creation has a positive impact on the innovation performance of an enterprise, and plays a partially-mediated role between open innovation and innovation performance. Research con-clusions canl help improve the enterprise innovation model and innovation performance.
