本研究探讨了互惠性、知识共享与企业合作型原始创新三者之间的内在关系,同时引入战略柔性作为调节变量,通过212份有效问卷数据对研究假设进行了检验.结果表明:互惠性与企业合作型原始创新之间呈正相关关系;知识共享在互惠性与企业合作型原始创新之间起到部分中介作用;能力柔性在知识共享与企业合作型原始创新之间起到显著的正向调节作用,但资源柔性对两者之间关系的调节作用不显著.本研究在丰富互惠性理论的同时,也为企业提高原始创新能力提供参考.
It discussed the internal relationship between reciprocity, knowledge sharing and collaborative original inno- vation by introducing strategic flexibility as a moderator. It tested the hypotheses by using 212 valid questionnaires. The results show that reciprocity has a significant positive influence on collaborative original innovation; knowledge sharing has partial mediating effect between reciprocity and collaborative original innovation; capability flexibility significantly and positively moderates the relationship between knowledge sharing and collaborative original innovation, but resource flexibility doesn't significantly moderate this relationship. The findings enrich the theory of reciprocity, and also provide the reference for the enterprises to improve their original innovation capability.
