目的探讨心理干预对永久起搏器置入患者术后精神障碍的疗效。方法入选植入永久性起搏器患者共200例,分为实验组和对照组,每组100例。2组于起搏器植入后1、3、6、12个月进行随访,对照组常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上进行心理干预。2组每次随访时用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）进行评分,最后比较2组评分的差异。结果 ①对照组和实验组在植入后SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,在植入后的1、3、6、12个月的相同时间点的SAS评分比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。②对照组和实验组在植入后SDS评分比较差异有无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,在植入后的1、3、6、12个月的相同时间点的SDS评分比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论进行心理干预可显著降低起搏器植入术后患者的焦虑和抑郁程度。
英文摘要：
Objective To investigate the efficacy of psychological intervention for mood disorder in patients after implantation of permanent cardiac artificial pacemaker. Methods 200 patients after implantation of permanent cardiac artificial pacemaker were divided into observed group（100 patients） and control group（100 patients）. The patients were followed up at 1,3,6,12 months. Control group patients were given conventional care and observed group patients were given psychological intervention on the basis of conventional care.Self- Rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS） and Self- Rating Depression Scale（ SDS） scores were compared between the two groups at every follow- up. Results The SAS scores＇ comparing of control group and the experimental group after implantation showed no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. In the same time point the scores＇ comparing of 1,3,6,12 months after implantation were significantly different（P〉0. 05）;The SDS scores＇ comparing of control group and the experimental group after implantation showed no significant difference（P〈0. 05）. In the same time point the SDS scores＇ comparing of 1,3,6,12 months after implantation were significantly different（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention can significantly reduce the anxiety and depression levels in patients after implantation of permanent cardiac artificial pacemaker.
