In this paper, the present situation of mathematical modeling teaching team was expounded. Four specific measures of team construction of the team members optimization, strengthen the teaching reform, scien- tific research to promote competition and development of competition training were put forward. According to the teaching achievement, competition results, scientific research achievements and functional diversification, the practice achievement of mathematical modeling teaching team construction were discussed.
