应用因子分析等方法对工业企业创新氛围进行分析，使用来源于黑龙江省工业企业的面板数据进行实证研究，从内部动力结构和外部结构两方面将创新氛围进行解构，得出管理动力、群体动力、控制力和市场动力4个动力因子，以及创新意识、创新压力、创新阻碍和创新自由度4个创新氛围主成分，并从5年的结构变化中得出创新氛围演化方向。最后根据以上研究，提出营造工业企业创新氛围的建议并提出以后的研究方向。
英文摘要：
This paper analyzes the industrial enterprises＇ innovation climate with the factor analysis method, does empirical research with the panel data from Heilongjiang industrial enterprises, and deconstructs the innovation climate in the way of internal power structure and external structure, then gets management motive, group power, control and market motive this four power factors, and innovative awareness, innovative pressure, innovation harriers and innovation DOF（degree of freedom） this four main components, and gets evolutionary direction of innovation climate from five yearsstructural chan ges. Finally, according to the research, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for industrial enterprises and research orientation for the future.
