Using the synergetic ideas, this paper builds the independent innovation motive system of enterprises, and studys on the synergetic mechanism of independent innovation motives system of enterprises. According to this mechanism, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to ensure the synergetic running of independent innovation motives system.
