选取体现高技术产业市场、效益、成长与发展等方面能力的11项指标,以中国大陆高技术产业2003—2008年28个省市(西藏、青海、新疆除外)的面板数据为样本,测算了2003—2008年我国高技术产业竞争力综合指数.运用灰色关联分析方法计算了技术创新能力各指标对高技术产业竞争力综合指数的灰色关联度。实证结果表明,新产品的研发与市场运作状况是影响我国高技术产业竞争力的重要因素,专利申请及专利拥有等创新研发能力是影响高技术产业竞争力的次重要因素,而政府、金融机构等创新环境对高技术产业竞争力的扶持作用尚未很好的发挥。最后提出了我国高技术产业发展的对策建议。
By adopting 11 indexes reflecting the high-tech industrial competitiveness in scale, market, growth and development, and based on panel data of 28 provinces ( excluding Tibet, Qinghai and Xinjiang) during 2003--2008 of high-tech industrial in China, calculation is conducted on composite index of high-tech industrial competitiveness in China during 2003--2008, and grey correlation anal- ysis is made with technological innovation capability. The empirical results show that the new product research and development and market operation are the most important influence factors of high-tech industrial competitiveness, the research and development ability such as patent application and patent ownership are the less important ones, yet the support from government and financial institutions to the development of high-tech industrial competitiveness is insignificant. Finally, some suggestions about the development of the high-tech industrial competitiveness in China are proposed.
