日本在现代化进程中受资源与环境的制约，较早就开始重视循环型社会的建设。特别是在农业和农村的现代化进程中，日本在环境保全型农业、农地集约和规模化利用以及资源循环利用和整体保全方面进行了卓有成效的探索。本文结合日本的实际情况，探究日本农村在循环型社会建设方面的主要措施和经验。

Constrained by its resources and environment, Japan began early paying attention to the construction of recycling-oriented society in its process of modernization. Especially, Japan conducted fruitful explorations in environment-friendly agriculture, concentration and intensive use of farmland, recycling of resources and overall conservation of environment in the course of modernization of agriculture and rural area. This paper examines main measures and experiences of the construction of recycling-oriented society in Japan＇s rural area.
