石化工业具有的规模化、一体化、集聚化特征，以园区为运作载体具有良好的资源效益和环境效益，研究在化工区中推进循环经济具有技术可行性、经济合理性和现实紧迫性。本文梳理并归纳了化工区的三大发展模式：核心企业模式、复合共生模式和联合生产模式，通过总结国外先进化工区的建设特点，为我国化工区推进循环经济提供有益的启示。
英文摘要：
Petrochemical industry has the characteristics of being large-scale, highly integrated and aggregated. Operating as an industry park, petrochemical industry is able to achieve environmental benefits and the benefits through better resource utilization. Therefore, the study of developing a recycling economy in an industrial park is technologically and economically feasible and in urgent need. This paper categorizes and summarizes three modes of ehemieal industrial parks （core business mode, complex symbiotic mode and join production mode） , followed by providing managerial insights into the development of recycling economy in a chemical industrial park through discussing the characteristics of overseas models.
