文章目的在于剖析完全沿空掘巷施工中的影响因素、对策及关键支护技术。文章以安徽淮北矿业股份有限责任公司许疃煤矿8214风巷为研究对象,详细地介绍了多种复杂条件下完全沿空掘巷施工中的影响因素及相关对策,揭示了完全沿空掘巷的前提条件及可行性,同时针对完全沿空巷道的特殊应力环境、超前支护的操作性与支护方式的有效性给出了低成本、易维护、易操作、承载力较强的巷道支护设计。并通过相关变形监测检验了支护设计的合理性。本文的研究成果对于各种复杂因素下完全沿空掘巷的研究具有十分重要的借鉴价值。
The aims of Current article are to analyze the influencing factors of roadway along next goaf, countermeasures and key supporting technology. Based on 8214 wind lane in Xutuan coal mine in Anhui Huaibei mining stock Co. ,Ltd. as the research object,the factors and relevant countermeasures influencing the construction of roadway along next goaf under the complicated condition are introduced detailly and the premise condition and the feasibility are revealed of roadway along next goaf. At the same time,a low cost, easy maintenance,easy operation,strong bearing capacity is given in view of the special stress environment of roadway along next goal,the interoperability and the effectiveness of the supporting method about advance support,and the rationality of the support design is tested by the related deformation. The research results has great significance for roadway driving conditions and technology along goaf under various complicated factors.
