黏土为分析杨家村矿弱胶结软岩大断面煤巷变形特征,采用现场调研、室内实验、现场实测手段对围岩物理力学性质与围岩位移曲线演化过程进行较深入探究,结果表明:岩石软化系数约为0.23,属于软化岩石;围岩具有易吸水、膨胀、强度低、胶结性差,且易发生塑性变形的物理力学特征;顶板围岩变形整体大于底板与帮部;不同区段顶板围岩位移程度具有差异性;顶板深基点岩层位移大于浅基点岩层位移;岩层位移曲线总体上初期变化速率较快,后期呈“台阶”式演化特征,各基点曲线演化过程在时空上近似同步;缩小巷道宽度,改变支护锚固方式,提高支护强度,适度泄水与排水并及时喷浆封闭围岩,有助于维护该类巷道围岩稳定。
In order to analyze deformation characteristics of coal roadway with weakly cemented rock strata and large section in Yangjiacun mine,instiuation investigation,laboratory experiments, and institution monitoring were adopted to research the physical-mechanical characteristics of surrounding rock and evolutionary traits of displacement curves. The results show that the softening coefficient is approximate to 0. 23,and the rock is belong to softening rock; the physical-mechanical characteristics of surrounding rock include water absorption, dilation, low strength, inferior agglutination, and is apt to plastic deformation; the deformation in roof is the highest;the deformation of roof has differences at different parts;the displacement at deep base point is superior to shallow point;the velocity of displacement curve is faster at the beginning phase and the characteristic of curve shows step in the next period; the evolutionary process of curve keep the same pace in the time and space among the base point;shrinking width of roadway,changing the style of anchorage,enhancing support strength, draining away water and guniting and sealing surrounding rock in time which are helpful to keep surrounding rock stability.
