探讨一种将汽车空气动力学与系统动力学相结合的方法,开展了侧风对高速行驶集装箱货车行驶稳定性的影响研究.采用数值模拟方法得出3~7级侧风下,集装箱货车在常用车速及极限车速下的气动力及气动力矩的变化规律,并通过将一系列Step函数添加到Adams/car软件建立的系统动力学模型中进行行驶安全性分析.选取侧向位移和偏折角作为评价的指标.研究结果表明侧风为7级时,集装箱货车的速度应保持在80km/h以内;侧风为6级时,速度应保持在100km/h以内,才能保证其行车安全.
A new method combining the car aerodynamics and system dynamics was explored for the research about the influence of crosswinds on the container truck handling stability. A numerical simulation was adoped to get the variation regularity of aerodynamic force and moment of the container truck in common speed and limit speed around 3 to 7 level erosswinds. And then the variation regularity was added to the dynamic model in Adams/car through Step functions to analyze the driving safety. The simulation results show that the container truck speed should be less than 80 km/h when the erosswinds at the 7 level, the speed should be less than 100 km/h when the crosswinds at the 6 level to ensure its traffic safety. The results also provide a reference for the container truck driving safety under crosswinds, as well as a new attempt and basis to the research methods and processes of the vehicle driving stability.
