针对国产220T矿用电动轮自卸车转向系统端盖受活塞碰撞而破坏的问题,建立了转向系统三维碰撞动力学有限元分析模型,运用HYPERMESH和LS-DYNA有限元分析软件进行了数值仿真,获得问题涉及的零部件的应力分布状况。结合实车试验验证,得出由活塞碰撞而产生缸体侧的应力低于活塞碰撞端盖侧应力的结论,据此,采用改变碰撞位置,使活塞在转向至极限位置时碰撞缸体端的改进方案,解决了端盖损坏的问题。
Aiming at the problem of end cover damage caused by piston impact in the steering system of a homemade 220T motor-in-wheel mining dump truck,a 3D collision dynamics FEA model for steering system is built using FEA codes HYPERMESH and LS-DYNA,and a numerical simulation is carried out to get the stress distribution in the parts involved.Then combined with real vehicle test verification,a conclusion is drawn that the stress in cylinder side caused by piston impact is lower than that in end cover side.Accordingly,the improvement scheme is adopted of changing impact position to let piston bumps against cylinder side at the limit position of steering,so the problem of end cover damage is resolved.
