为预测SF33900型电动轮矿用自卸车车架及其焊缝的疲劳寿命,以壳单元建立车架的有限元模型。应用Hypermesh软件得到车架动载荷下的应力分布,通过与实验数据的对比,验证了模型的正确性,并据此建立整车多体动力学模型。根据自卸车行驶的实际路况,采用C级路面谱作为输入,得到车架动态外载荷的时间历程,同时根据车架材料的S-N曲线,利用Msc.Fatigue软件得到了车架的疲劳寿命,然后进一步利用SEAM_weld方法得到可靠的焊缝疲劳寿命,从而为车架的可靠性设计和结构优化提供了参考依据。
For predicting the fatigue life of the frame and its welds in SF33900 mining dump truck with in-wheel motors,a FE model for the frame is established with shell elements.The stress distribution under dynamic loading is obtained by applying software Hypermesh,which is compared with that of the test,validating the correctness of the model,and based on this a multi-body dynamics model is built.According to the actual road condition for dump truck driving with C-grade road spectra as input,the time history of frame dynamic load is gained.Meanwhile,based on the S-N curve of frame material,the fatigue life of frame is got by using Msc,Fatigue,and further,a reliable fatigue life of welds is obtained by using SEAM_weld method,providing reference base for the reliability design and structure optimization of the frame.
