为提高某带导流罩的半挂货车侧风作用下的行驶安全性,首先采用CFD与多体动力学软件,对高速行驶的半挂货车侧风作用下的侧移特性进行了分析;然后以导流罩为对象,采用优化拉丁超立方方法进行试验设计;最后基于Kriging模型建立了代理模型,并以此为基础,利用多岛遗传算法进行优化。结果表明,与安装初始导流罩的半挂货车相比,安装优化导流罩后的半挂货车在侧风作用下的侧向位移最大约降低了10%。
For enhancing the driving safety of semi-tractor-truck with wind deflector in crosswinds, firstly the lateral displacement characteristics of semi-trailer truck running with high-speed in crosswinds are analyzed by u- sing CFD and multi-body dynamics software. Then with wind deflector as objective, optimal Latin hypercube method is adopted for the design of experiment. Finally a Kriging-based surrogate model is created, based on which a simu- lation is performed with multi-island genetic algorithm. The results show that compared with semi-trailer truck with original deflector, the lateral displacement of semi-trailer truck with optimized deflector reduces by around 10% at most.
