针对信号去噪中已有小波基的不足,提出一种能量匹配小波的设计方法.根据信号在尺度空间的最大投影原则,结合遗传优化算法,构造了与信号匹配的小波.阐述了与荧光信号匹配的小波构造过程,并给出构造的匹配小波结果.仿真结果表明,构造出的小波滤波器的去噪性能优于普通的小波滤波器.
Wavelet transform is widely used in signal denoising, how to choice the best wavelet base according to the characteristics of the signal is one of the most important things. Aiming at the drawbacks o{ existing wavelets, a method of energy matching wavelet is proposed. According to the largest projection principle of signal in the scale space, combined with genetic optimization algo- rithm, a signal matching wavelet is constructed. In this paper, it describes the process of matching wavelet of the fluorescent signal, and also it gives the matching wavelet result. The simulation re- sults show that the matched wavelet is able to improve the performance of signal denoising com- pared with other wavelets.
