研制了一种氧化物多孔纳米材料的制备与检测系统,该系统采用双CPU型控制结构,能提供高电位、大的电流密度、多路输出、多种工作模式、实时监控和查询界面等,适用于阳极氧化铝膜、氧化钛膜的加工以及其它多孔氧化物纳米材料的制备。实验结果表明,该系统可以对阳极氧化铝膜的制备条件和剥膜条件进行优化以及对阵列纳米孔的孔径与分布进行控制。
A fabrication and test system for porous oxide nanomaterials has been designed and fabricated. This system with real time display interface on personal computer consists of double CPU possesses of various advantages, i. e. , multi-channel output of dc voltage, multi-mode of output voltage control with high precision, high power output, high precision of data acquisition and high stability. The experimental data can be real time displayed, and also be savable and re-accessible at will. This system is excellent for the electrochemical fabrication of nanomaterials such anodic porous alumina and titania membranes and other oxide nanomaterials. Experimental results show that the system can optimize the conditions for fabrication and removing of anodic alumina membranes and control for the aperture and distributing of array nanomaterials.
