The paper introduces the concept of conjugate operator in Z - spaces on the basis of the concept of Z - spaces, B -Z - spaces and conjugate Z - spaces. It proves that both Rz（Y,Z） and conjugate Z - spaces are B - Z - spaces. Analogues Banach - steinhaus theorem are extended in Z - spaces. Finally, the paper discusses the properties of conjugate Z - spaces and conjugate Z - operator.
