从长沙宁乡灰汤温泉附近的水样中分离获得1株具有较强纤维素降解能力的菌株,命名为NX1-1,该菌株最适生长温度为40℃,最适生长pH5.0-8.0.菌株形态学以及ITS rDNA和28S rDNA D1/D2序列分析的鉴定结果表明,该菌株属于Aspergillus fumigatus这个种.对该菌株产酶特性进行了初步研究,最适产酶条件为:氮源(NH4)2SO4,接种量10%,40℃,初始pH6.0,培养60-96 h.
A cellulose-producing strain named NXI-1 was isolated from environmental samples collected at hot springs of Ningxiang County, Hunan Province, China. The temperature for growth was 40 ℃ and pH values ranging from 5.0 to 8.0. The cell shape suggested that strain NXI-1 was likely a strain of Aspergillus fumigatus. Furthermore, A phylogenetic analysis based on ITS rDNA and 28S rDNA D1/D2 sequences showed that the strain NXI-1 should be classified into the species Aspergillus fumigatus. The most suitable conditions for the cellulose production were : inorganic nitrogen source ( NH4 ) 2SO4, 10% of inoculation, 40℃, initial pH at 6.0, culture for 60 - 96 h.
