以武汉长江隧道为工程背景,通过设计室内开放燃烧试验,分析防滑、阻燃、降噪复合沥青材料(AFNA)、SMA与AC-13沥青材料在相同火灾燃烧当量下的材料阻燃性能的规律.根据热分析理论,采用有限元模拟计算与室内燃烧实验相比对,得出长江隧道AFNA在3种常用的沥青路面材料中具有最佳的阻燃性能,逃逸汽油量最大,能有效提高隧道路面行车安全性能和使用寿命.
Fire-resistance capability of pavement materials used in Yangtze River Tunnel was researched.According to the thermal analysis,the difference of flammability among pavement materials of the AFNA(anti-skidding flame-retarded noise-reducing asphalt),SMA and AC-13 were compared through the experiment in laboratory,and the temperature stress was analyzed by emulation computer.The result shows that under the same condition,AFNA pavement material has a good characteristic in gasoline and effectively prevent the gasoline from burning.
