以武汉长江隧道工程为对象,分析了路面结构组成、材料刚度、层间接触条件、坡度大小和荷载速率对隧道大纵坡沥青复合路面结构受力特性的影响规律,结果表明:隧道大纵坡刚性基层沥青路面弯沉值小于一般公路隧道,但在湿滑的隧道环境和过往车辆频繁刹车作用下,路表水平应力激增,行车安全性下降;采用刚性基层沥青复合路面结构和新型隧道路面材料——抗滑、阻燃、降噪沥青(AFNA),不仅满足了隧道路面抗滑、阻燃、降噪功能要求,而且提高了隧道路面结构的抗剪强度和整体承载力.
Aimed Wuhan Yangtze River tunnel project, in effects of road structure, material stiffness, layer contacts, slope and road rate, the characteristics of longitudinal composite asphalt were researched systematically. Results show that. the deflection of rigid base asphalt pavement in tunnel less than the general highway tunnel, but on humid tunnel and frequent braking-force, the stress level of the road increasing quickly, and traffic safety reduced. Wuhan Yangtze River tunnel with rigid base and asphalt composite pavement structure, and a new tunnel road materials--anti-skidding flame-retarded noise-reducing asphalt(AFNA),which is not only meet the function of anti-sliding, noise reduction and fire-retardant requirements, but also improve the shear strength and overall capacity of the structure. The results can be used for latter buildings of river tunnel, which is a scientific basis and theoretical guidance to choose reasonable structure and asphalt material.
