根据车辙试验研究融雪系统各组成部分之间的相容性,通过测试相变储能融雪系统沥青混凝土试件的融雪时间和预热时间,初步确定融雪系统的铺装参数.试验表明:相变发热体相当程度上提高了沥青混凝土路面的抗车辙性能;当发热体以蛇形平面铺设,且埋置深度为3 cm时,以560 W/m2的铺装功率,在-15℃以内的不同环境负温条件下,可控制预热时间在3 h以内,且保证路面不出现积雪现象.
Snow-melting system in latent energy storage road surface is designed and prepared for the thermal stress and its damage according to natural weakness of the heating snow-melting method.Through testing the time of snow-melting and warm-up of the asphalt concrete specimens in the snow-melting system using latent energy storage,pavement parameters of the snow-melting system are preliminary determined by the rutting test which researches the compatibility of snow-melting system components.The tests indicate that latent heating element can improve the anti-rutting performance of road surface of asphalt concrete in some degrees.When the heating element is set in snake-shape plane whose buried depth is 3 cm and its preheating time is controlled less than 3 h,the road surface will not appear the phenomenon of snow cover under different environmental conditions,in which the temperature is within-15℃ and the pavement power is 560 W/m2.
