相变微胶囊是应用微胶囊技术,将相变囊芯材料用有机或无机囊壁材料以物理或化学方法包裹起来制备的粒径为0.1~100μm,囊壁厚度为0.01-10μm的有核壳结构的稳定复合相变材料。石蜡烷烃类相变材料是相变微胶囊一种较理想的囊芯材料。主要介绍了用有机、无机类壁材包裹石蜡烷烃类芯材制备石蜡相变微胶囊的研究进展,以及石蜡微胶囊在建材领域的应用现状。
Phase change microcapsule is a kind of stable composite core - shell - structured PCM which has a particle diameter of 0. 1- 100 μm and shell thickness of 0.01 - 10μm . The PCM core is wrapped by some macromolecule organic or inorganic compound using physical or chemical methods. Paraffin is an ideal core PCM for phase change microcapsule. This paper reviewed the research on preparation of paraffin-cored phase change microcapsule using organic and inorganic shell material in recent years and its application in building field.
