基于氢氧化铝(ATH)沥青阻燃体系,通过极限氧指数与闪点测试,研究ATH与氢氧化镁(MH)的阻燃性能及沸石粉的阻燃促进作用,提出ATH、MH及沸石粉的复合阻燃沥青配合设计,并利用差热分析与扫描电镜观察对ATH、MH的阻燃机理及沸石粉的作用机理进行了探讨。研究结果表明:用ATH、MH和沸石粉三者按比例复合制备的ATH阻燃沥青极限氧指数可达到29%以上,闪点近420℃,抑烟效果良好,阻燃性能优异。
Based on asphalt flame-retarding system of aluminium trihydroxide (ATH). authors studied the flame-retarding performance of ATH and magnesium hydroxide (MH) and accelerating effect of zeolite powder by tests of limit oxygen index and flash point, also presented the mixture ratio of compound flame-retarding asphalt. Authors discussed and explored the mechanism and theory through differential scanning calorimetry-thermogravimetry (DSC-TG) analysis and scan electronic microscope observation. The results show that the limit oxygen index of compound flame retarding asphalt mixed with ATH, MH and zeolite can climb to more than 29 percent, while the flash point can approximate to 420 ℃. The flame-retarding performance of asphalt is improved greatly.
