The Cayley graph Cay（G,S）of finite group Gis normal,if the right regular representation R（G）of Gis normal in the full automorphism group of this Cayley graph.We mainly use the group theory,and prove three kinds of connected tetravalent Cayley graphs Cay（G,S）of finite p-group with order p^4 and c（G）=3 are all normal.
