过量空气系数是电站锅炉监测的重要参数之一,也是衡量锅炉燃烧经济性以及优化燃烧过程的重要指标。但由于各受热面的漏风以及燃烧过程自身的不完全性等原因,使得实际中难以实现对过量空气系数的准确测量。本文通过对燃烧机理的分析,构造一个关于过量空气系数的多元方程组,该方法将未完全燃烧对过量空气系数的影响纳入考虑范围。文章利用某电厂数据,对文中阐述的方法进行了验证,并与工业上常用的过量空气系数计算方法进行了理论分析和试验比较,结果证明文中方法更准确,可信度更高。
Excess air ratio is one of significant parameters which need to be monitored. And it's also an important index of combustion economy and optimization. But Excess air ratio is difficult to be measured for the gas leakage and incomplete combustion. This paper builds equations about excess air ratio by analyzing combustion mechanism, while the influence of incomplete combustion will also be taken into account. History data from ceitain power plant database are introduced to validate the method. Compared with classical method, it is showed that the proposed method is more precise and reliable.
