提出一种利用锅炉风量和排烟氧量计算热量的方法。对国内大量煤质特性进行分析后发现,单位质量煤燃烧消耗的空气量与发热量之间存在近似线性的关系,由此关系可以推导出利用风量和氧量计算热量的方法。在1台660MW机组上进行实验,结果表明,该信号具有足够的静态精度,比DEB热量信号具有更好的动态特性,同时也能实时反映燃料发热量的变化,非常适合作为控制反馈信号。仿真实验证明,用此信号设计协调控制系统可以大幅改善控制品质,同时能有效地克服燃料发热量变化的影响。图7表1参7

英文摘要:

A method is being proposed for calculating the heat release concerned, by means of a boiler' s known amount of air flow, together with the oxygen content in the flue gas. An examination of properties of all kinds of domestic coals exhibited quasi-linear relationship between the amount of air required for combusting unit mass of coal and the amount of heat released. According to this relationship, a method can be derived for calculating the released heat by knowing the amount air and oxygen concerned. Tests performed on a 660 MW set show that this signal possesses sufficient static precision, with dynamic features superior to those of the heat obtained with DEB, simultaneously having the capability of reflecting real time variation of the fuel' s heating value. It is therefore quite suitable to be used for control feedback purposes. Simulation tests show that the control quality of coordinated control system can remarkably be improved by making use of this signal and simultaneously overcome effects caused by changes of the fuel' s heating value.
