依据大量国内、外技术文献,简要回顾燃煤电厂氮氧化物的生成原理及其研究现状,从原理和应用的角度分析现有氮氧化物控制方法的特点和局限,包括降低火焰中心温度、缩短燃料在主燃区停留时间、添加还原剂及吸收吸附等方法;介绍基于建立氮氧化物生成及锅炉效率模型的多目标燃烧优化思路。
The NOx formation mechanism in coal-fired power plants is reviewed, and features and limitations of current NOx control methods are analyzed in the aspects of working principle and application. The NOx control methods include the flame center temperature decrease, reduction of residence time of fuel in main combustion area, adding of reducing agents, and the methods of absorption and adsorption. The multi-objective combustion optimization concept based on modeling of NOx formation and boiler efficiency is recommended.
