部分烟气信息下的锅炉煤质分析模型

锅炉排烟中蕴含大量的燃烧信息,对于烟气的完全分析能够得到大量有价值的燃烧数据,如燃煤组成成分等。但工业生产中,锅炉的排烟分析一般只针对硫化物、氮化物等能形成酸雨的危险气体,而二氧化碳的排放往往得不到有效的监测。同时对于中储式锅炉,入炉煤粉由于来自煤粉仓,其含湿量不易实现在线测量。文中构造一个不依靠烟气二氧化碳含量信号(燃煤水分信号,在中储式锅炉中可以迭代替换掉,而在直吹式锅炉中可以通过磨煤机的状态分析得到)的煤质实时分析模型以实现对锅炉入炉煤粉的收到基成分监测。通过数据分析证明了模型精度符合工业应用的要求。

英文摘要:

Flue gas from boilers contains so much information about combustion that valuable data such as the composing of coal can be obtained by analyzing flue gas completely. But the analysis of flue gas in industry often includes dangerous gas, such as SOx and NO2, which can cause acid rain. While monitoring of CO2 generally stays excluded. At the same time, on-line measurement of Mar in boilers equipped with intermediate bin is difficult. A model was built to realize on-line monitoring coal grade, which was independent of CO2, while Mar in intermediate-bin type boilers can be iterative computed and Mar in direct-fired boilers can be obtained from the state analysis of mill. Finally, the precision of model is proved to be up to the mustard of industry application.
