基于数据驱动的电站燃烧稳定度综合评价

燃烧稳定性能评价足电站状态评估的重要组成部分,是实施优化运行的前提之一,同时又可作为运行指标考核的内容,具有重要的现实意义。文中基于电站海量历史数据信息,通过分析稳态工况下状态变量自相关特性及DCS控制回路定值波动影响,改进了常规的稳定度因了计算方法,并借助主成分分析综合评价方法,提出以蒸汽热能品质的稳定性能综合得分描述燃烧的稳定程度。以某600MW超临界机组燃烧稳定评价的计算实例,证明了所提算法的有效性和实用性。

英文摘要:

Synthetic evaluation on the degree of the combustion stability is one of the most important components of state estimation of power station. It is practical in that it is critical for the implementation of the operation optimization, and it can be used as one of the performance specifications for a power station. This paper improved the computation of a conventional stability factor by analyzing the autocorrelation properties of the steady states and the effects of the control loops. Principle component analysis method was applied to a large amount of historical data in a power station and a method was proposed to evaluate the combustion stability utilizing a comprehensive mark from assessing the steam quality. The proposed method was applied to evaluate the combustion stability of a supercritical 600MW power unit. The results show that it is effective and practical.
