合理优化牵引接触网维修计划是确保电气化铁路电力稳定输送、系统高效运营的重要前提条件之一。本文构建以系统可靠性为约束条件的、基于维修费用最小的接触网维修计划优化模型。考虑到接触网系统中设备连接关系,设计了基于单设备维修计划优化的启发式求解算法流程,提出基于系统可靠性分析的牵引接触网维修计划调整方法。以某牵引供电分区实际调研数据为基础开展案例研究,验证所建模型及求解方法的有效性和适用性。
Rational optimization of maintenance scheduling for traction catenaries is one of the major premises to guarantee reliable and efficient energy supply and operation of electrical railways. In this paper, the traction catenary maintenance scheduling optimization models were established under constraint of catenary system reli- ability and with the objective of the least maintenance costs. The individual components-based heuristic algo- rithm for solving the proposed models was developed in consideration of the connections of components in the catenary system. Furthermore, the reliability evaluation-based co-ordination method was devised for scheduling rectification. Field date from a district feed system were studied to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed models and solving methods.
