英文摘要：

Objective：To discuss the expression and clinical significance of C/EBPαin Xinjiang Uigur squamous carcinoma of the cervix. Methods：Immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to detect the expressions of C/EBPα in 62 patients with Uigur squamous carcinoma of the cervix（36） . Results：C/EBPαexpressed with a different degree in Xinjiang Uigur squamous carcinoma of the cervix and chronic cervicitis（P0.05）;In addition,the expression of C/EBPαwere positive correlated with the hierarchical pathology of the Uigur squamous carcinoma of the cervix（P0.05） . Conclusion：C/EBPαhave a close relationship with Xinjiang Uigur squamous carcinoma of the cervix;This gene may be a larvaceous gene of squamous carcinoma of the cervix carcinogenesis.
