陷窝蛋白-1(caveolin-1)是构成胞膜小窝(caveolae)的主要蛋白质。胞膜小窝是细胞膜表面内陷形成的微囊状结构域,它在多种类型的细胞中都存在。陷窝蛋白-1调节肿瘤的很多方面包括细胞转化、肿瘤生长、细胞迁移、细胞存活、细胞死亡、多重耐药和血管发生,同时还参与信号转导。本文结合国内外的研究现状,介绍了陷窝蛋白-1的结构、功能,与肿瘤的关系及在肿瘤诊断、治疗中的作用。
Caveolin-1 is responsible for the formation of caveolae and plays a key role in membrane traffic and signal transduction. Caveolae are uniform vesicular invaginations of the cell membrane. Caveolin-1 regulates multiple cancer-associ- ated processes including cellular transformation, tumor growth, cell migration, cell metastasis, cell death, cell survival, multidrug resistance, angiogenesis and signal transduction. Here we review the characteristics and functions of caveolin-1 and summarize the relationship between caveolin-1 and tumor progression based on current studies. Moreover, the expectation of application of caveolin-1 in tumor treatment and diagnosis were introduced.
