英文摘要：

Objective：To explore the expression and clinical significance of C/EBPβ protein with cervical squamous cell carcinoma of Uigur women in Xinjiang. Methods： Immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to detect the expressions of C/EBPβ in 38 cervical squamous cell carcinoma of Uigur women and 28 cervical chronic cervicitis of Uigur women. Results： There was no significant difference in the expressions of C/EBPβ protein between cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical chronic cervicitis in Xinjiang＇s Uigur women （P 〉 0.05）;In addition, the expression of C/EBPβ were positive correlated with the hierarchical pathology of the cervical squamous cell carcinoma of Uigur women （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： C/EBPβ gene may be associated with the hierarchical pathology of the cervical squamous cell carcinoma of Uigur women.
