Resource security is the important foundation of national security,is the important goal of ecological civilization construction and the important safeguard of Chinese Dream. In the perspective of ecological civilization,the paper reveals main problems such as potential weak,poor endowment,more waste of resource,heavy pollution,and many conflicts,and analyzes some factors such as resource space layout of the dislocation,rough mode of resource production,the backward resources consumption,unreasonable resource systems and mechanisms,the lag of the resources science and technology and education; presents that integrating ecological civilization into the construction of resource security,the supply and society and ecology security of resource will become the most important point,optimizing resource space pattern,promoting the green production and green consumption of resource,improving the resource systems and mechanisms,strengthening the resource technology and education should become the measures.
