生态文明建设是我国当前及未来的重大国家发展战略之一。在全球化背景下,生态文明不可能在封闭的一国之内建成。无论是自然层面的生态问题的解决,还是维持良好生态的绿色发展的全面推进,都需要世界达成共识,全球通力合作。二者取得成效最终有赖于全人类共同改变现有的生存和生活方式。基于此,我国的生态文明建设必须走国际合作的道路。在生态文明建设国际化的进程中,我国应发挥主要推动者的作用,并立足这一角色进行外交战略布局。

The ecological civilization construction is one of the important national developing strategiesin China. Under the background of globalization, ecological civilization can not be built in a closed country.It requires the world to reach consensus on global ecological cooperation whether solving ecologicalproblems on the natural level or promoting comprehensively the ecological development. Their realizationcalls human to change their existing and living style. Based on this, the ecological civilization constructionin China must take the road of international cooperation. In the process of internationalization of the ecologicalcivilization construction, China should be the major promoter, and take diplomatic strategy layout.
