采用标准分对数据进行标准化能充分反映不同指标值的难度，统一量纲，提高可比性，然而在整个科技评价中，标准分几乎没有得到应用。本文同时采用传统方法和标准分对期刊评价指标进行标准化处理，然后采用TOPSIS进行评价，并比较二者的评价结果。研究表明，采用标准分与采用传统标准化方法的评价结果相差较大，标准分提高了单个指标的可比性，非成熟指标采用标准分要慎重，只有正向指标和反向指标才能采用标准分。标准分普及不够的原因在科技评价中并不存在，用标准分进行评价必须引起足够的重视，应在科技评价中推广应用标准分。
英文摘要：
Standard scores may reflect the difficulty of different indicators, stimulate comparison, unify dimension, but it is seldom used in science and technology evaluation. This paper compares with standard score and original score in academic journals evaluation based on TOPSIS. The results show that the evaluation results differ greatly. Standard score enhances single indicator＇ s comparison. Immature indicator may not be suitable with standard score. Only positive and negative indicator can apply standard score. It＇ s very important of standard score in science and technology evaluation.
