根据环境量检测的特殊性,结合实验室建设项目和大学生创新实践项目要求,研究和实现了一个实验室多环境量检测系统。该系统建立在虚拟仪器创新实验平台上,包括光强度、温湿度、噪声、二氧化碳浓度等检测功能。设计了5种环境量传感器单元实时采集光强度等模拟信号,该组信号经微处理器处理后,采用虚拟仪器技术进行实时监测数据处理。应用神经网络、数据融合等技术,实现了可视化的人机交互界面。经过仿真调试和实验室运行,使系统具有完善的实时测量功能,有较高测量的可靠性和精度,可以满足实验室对环境监测的一般需求。
According to the special nature of environmental detection,combined with the college students ' innovation practice and laboratory construction project,a multi environment quantity measurement system was designed and produced. The measurement system was built on the innovation experiment platform of environmental measurement,it comprised a light intensity,temperature and humidity,noise and carbon dioxide concentration. The signals were sampled using five kinds of environmental sensor unit,and collected by using microprocessor. Virtual instrument technology was applied in the detection system. By the application of neural network and data fusion,the man-machine interactive interface of visualization was realized in the system,it improved the function of real-time measurement,and met the general requirements of the laboratory in environmental testing.
