公平是高中学业水平考试改革的重要价值取向。然而,由于高中学业水平考试改革方案的伦理不足、改革制度设计中排斥现象的存在以及改革的路径依赖导致其隐含了不公平风险。高中学业水平考试改革的伦理回归、改革程序科学I生的提高、改革自身及相关制度的完善应是保障其公平性的可行之道。
Fairness is one of its pursuits of the High School Academic Level Test reform. However, because of ethics shortage, policy rejection phenomenon and path dependence of the High School Academic Level Test reform implicates certain fair risks. In order to avoid these fair risks, we should take feasible ways of ethics regression, improve reform process, and perfect relevant systems.
