英文摘要：
Aim： To explore the application effect of PBL teaching model in medial molecular biology. Methods： The PBL teaching effects were assessed by the questionnaire and the closebook examination after course completion. Results： The examination results showed that scores of the PBL group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group. And the ques tionnaire results all implied that students of PBL group could learn more knowledge, more initiative and positive, more corpo rative and so on. Conclusion： PBL teaching method play an im portant role in medical molecular biology.
