目的:探索PBL教学模式在医学分子生物学中的应用效果。方法:教学结束通过闭卷考试和问卷调查的方法评估PBL模式的效果。结果:闭卷考试结果显示PBL组学生得分明显提高,尤其是注重应用的题型。教师和学生的自评均表明PBL教学能促进学生更好地掌握知识点、提高主观能动性、团队合作等。结论:PBL教学在医学分子生物学教学中具有重要作用,可广泛推广。
Aim: To explore the application effect of PBL teaching model in medial molecular biology. Methods: The PBL teaching effects were assessed by the questionnaire and the closebook examination after course completion. Results: The examination results showed that scores of the PBL group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group. And the ques tionnaire results all implied that students of PBL group could learn more knowledge, more initiative and positive, more corpo rative and so on. Conclusion: PBL teaching method play an im portant role in medical molecular biology.
