利用22个稻瘟病菌鉴别菌株,采用离体叶段接种,测定江西省211个水稻品种的抗瘟基因型。根据试验结果的推导,供试品种分别含有1~6个不等的抗瘟基因,共分为30个类群。其中含1,2和3个基因的品种数分别为130,41和29个,所占比例分别为61.61%,19.43%和13.74%;而含4~6个基因的品种数总共11个,所占比例为5.21%。表明江西省绝大多数水稻品种,含1~3个抗瘟基因。211个品种总共推导出18个抗瘟基因,从基因出现的频率来看,频率大于5%的基因有9个,分别是Pi-sh、Pi-km、Pi-ta2、Pi-9、Pi-5、Pi-z、Pi-3、Pi-1、Pi-kh,其中又以Pi-kh频率最高,为62.09%;Pi-ta、Pi-kp、Pi-12、Pi-zt、Pi-b、Pi-7、Pi-20、Pi-11、Pi-z5 9个抗瘟基因出现频率均在5%以下;此外,Pi-a、Pi-k、Pi-ks、Pi-19、Pi-i、Pi-t 6个抗瘟基因型在供试水稻品种中均未检测到,这些结果为江西省水稻抗瘟品种的选用及合理布局提供了依据。
Deduction of blast-resistant genes of 211 rice varieties collected from Jiangxi in 2009 was conducted by in vitro inoculation of rice leave segments,using 22 rice blast(Magnaporthe oryzae) differential isolates.18 resistant genes were deduced in the 211 rice varieties,of 18genes,the appearance frequencies of 9 genes i.e.Pi-sh,Pi-km,Pi-ta2,Pi-9,Pi-5,Pi-z,Pi-3,Pi-1,Pi-kh,were above 5%,of them,the Pi-kh was of the highest appearance frequency of 62.09%.those of 9 genes i.e.Pi-ta,Pi-kp,Pi-12,Pi-zt,Pi-b,Pi-7,Pi-20,Pi-11,Pi-z5 were below 5%.Six genes i.e.Pi-a,Pi-k,Pi-ks,Pi-19,Pi-i,Pi-t were not detected in the tested varieties.The results provide a basis for choosing new blast-resistant varieties and their rational distribution.
