In Chinese society, there is really judiciary authority and belief of law by the people, while the idea of harmonious society gives the chance for the judiciary authority. The article deals with the relationship between them and points out that judiciary authority can protect harmony, and harmony is the basis for judiciary authority, their common goal is to solve the quarrel on the equitability, reasonability.
