用离体接种的方法,利用22个已知无毒基因菌株,对湖南省103个水稻品种进行了抗瘟基因型鉴定和系统聚类分析.结果表明:在阈值为0.78时,可将103个品种分为13类,其中有9类81个品种可能携带已知的抗病基因,其余4类22个品种可能含有未知的抗病基因.另外,具有广谱抗瘟基因Piz^5(Pi2)、Piz^1、Pi1,和Pi9的品种对鉴别菌株的抗菌频率均大于60.0%.
Identification and clustering analysis of 103 rice varieties collecting from Hunan in 2008 were conducted in vitro inoculation by using 22 Magnaporthe grisea isolates known as avirulence genes .The results showed that at 0.78 threshold level, 81 rice varieties could be divided into 9 groups, in which each group holds known resistant gene, and 22 rice varieties were distributed in the other 4 groups with unknown resistant gene. The resistance frequency of rice varieties with broad-spectrum blast resistance gene piz^5(Pi2), Piz^1, Pi1 and Pi9 is over 60.0%.
