Judiciary authority and awareness of trust - in- law haven＇t fully established in Chinese society, while the idea of harmonious society offers a good opportunity for the judiciary authority. The article discusses the relationship between judiciary and harmonious society and also suggests that judiciary authority is the base and shield for harmonious society aiming to get justice and a happier llfe.
