近年来化合物薄膜太阳电池得到迅猛的发展。SnS光电薄膜的禁带宽度与太阳光谱非常匹配,并且具有较高的吸收系数,所以它是一种理想的太阳电池材料。制备SnS光电薄膜的方法有电沉积法、热蒸发法、化学浴法、连续离子吸附沉积法、喷雾热解法和两步法等。不仅概述了不同掺杂元素以及掺杂浓度对SnS薄膜性能的影响,同时还讨论了目前国内外SnS薄膜太阳电池的研究状况,分析了当前SnS薄膜太阳电池效率偏低的原因。最后对SnS薄膜太阳电池的发展趋势与前景作了一些探讨。
Recent years, compound thin film solar ceils have achieved significant improvements. The band gap of SnS thin film matches well with solar spectrum, and its absorption coefficient is high. It is an ideal material for solar cells. The main preparation methods of SnS thin film are electric deposition, thermal evaporation, chemical bath deposition, successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction, spray pyrolysis, two stage process and so on. The effect of different doping elements and concentrations for SnS thin film on performance was outlined. The current research development of SnS thin film solar cells was discussed, and the reasons of their low efficiencies were analyzed. Finally, the development tendency and prospects were predicted.
